Hey my name is Jennifer. I'm ready to start this lifestyle change again. The first time it was a diet. I don't like that word because after you get done being on your diet or when you hit your goal weight for me I would gain all the back plus more. I've learned that if I help motivate and support people and vice versa it helped me stay on track. I would love to be on your journey on the way to a new you and I hope you will join me. Please add me :)

    Hi Jennifer, I understand your frustration. I did well adopting the meat and veggies lifestyle
    I even lost 40 lbs then I hit a plateau and gained it back! Now I'm back in the gym and working on better food choices - I believe that by encouraging others and getting their support it's a strong step to success. My name is Stefan and here's wishing you much success in meeting your goals!!
