error when creating recipes

I built a recipe last night and when I went to save it My Fitness Pal gave me a server error saying the problem was on their end. I left my computer on all night and just now I tried to save it again and got the same error.

It took a long time to build the recipe and I don't want to lose it. Does anybody have any suggestions?

    This happens to me a lot! Sometimes it ends up showing up on recipes on the App though when I open that even if it has said error?

    I've complained about all the glitches in the recipe builder and all I get are emails saying they're aware of the problems and "are working on them".

    So not glad I opted for a premium membrship.

    Thank you for your replies. I did lose the recipe in the end. :(
