I'm currently trying to lose body fat whilst gaining muscle & getting stronger.
I'm a 24yr old female, 5"2 & 57kg.
I go to the gym to lift 3 times a week & I play soccer 3 times a week.
At the minute my calories are 1850 with my macros at 185C, 139P & 61F.
I find that I rarely hit my protein goal even with taking my protein shakes & including protein in every meal.....I also go over my carbs far too often.
Am I on the right track with my macros? & can someone please suggest how I can stop snacking so often that I go over my intake for the day

    No one knows really???

Are you trying to maintain your weight, lose fat, gain muscle??? If you're finding that you go over on your carbs too much, either purposefully increase your protein by eating lean meats, legumes, beans etc.

If you're lifting, you should be eating an adequate amount of protein for recovery.
    • 0.6-0.8g of protein per lb of body mass
    • 0.4-0.45g of fat per lb of body mass
    • fill rest of calories with carbs

You need a certain amount of fat and protein. :) Reduce some fruit or other sugars and carbs to make room for the fat and protein.

What is your goal weight & height? I think your calories & fat are to high. I suggest losing all of the weight that u want to first & then when u are ready to maintain to start weight training to make your body toned. So more cardio first & then u can cut back
