Is it OK to skip breakfast?

Am I doing any harm if I skip breakfast, but still meet my minimal calorie goals throughout the day?

Meal timing doesn't matter. If you aren't comfortable eating in the morning, don't eat then.0

Yes it is ok to not eat breakfast. Eat when you're hungry and within your calorie goal. Timing doesn't matter.0
