Best time of the month to weigh myself (ladies)?

So, I've noticed that my weight is more around the time of my period. Throughout the month and during this time it really seems to fluctuate.

My question is what time of the month is the best time for an accurate weigh in?

Thanks all!

Weekly. Same time, place and circumstances.

Why not weigh, say, daily and look at the trend, rather than the snapshot of any particular day? All the more so since you don't have a weight so much as a weight range?

First thing in the morning before you eat or drink anything, after you pee, and nekkid. Don't forget to take off that heavy watch.

Are you planning on only weighing in once a month? If so, a week or two after TOM is good and will give your body time to get rid of the extra fluid build up. That is when I do my monthly Lifetime weigh in at WeightWatchers.
