70lbs Down and A New Opportunity

When I started my weightloss journey back in November, my primary exercise was water aerobics. It's relaxing, fun, and easy on my knees. Well after losing 73lbs, I am the newest nationally certified water instructor in my area. I am so freaking excited!! Never would have thought I'd be teaching an exercise class.
