Ok, I'm going to try this adding a picture to a thread thing.

This was taken Jan 31

And this is today. I've lost 20 pounds and have hit a plateau, but am still losing inches!

    Definitely! Your stomach looks so much smaller! Awesome job and keep it up! Hitting a plateu can be annoying but if you're still losing inches then I'd say you're doing something right! Keep on keepin on :bigsmile:

    Great job! It definitely shows in your stomach area. Plateaus suck, but at least you're losing inches...that's still encouraging! Keep going...you're doing great!
