Me too!!!! First baby is now 14 months so I can't keep blaming her for all this weight gain. Just poor food choices and lack of portion control0

Yup same here! My lil lady is now 9 months old. I breastfed up until a few weeks ago. It did not help me to lose any weight! All the things i ate in the past to lose weight bothered her lil tummy so i just gave up trying. I have lost all motivation! Now that she has weaned herself and i can get back into eating salad and things i am really gonna try to get back into shape! Its gonna be rough im sure.0

Hi I have an eight-year-old daughter so no newborn here anymore. I went to the doctors recently for some hip pain and found out that I need to lose the extra weight around my waist. I was always very thin and high school and stay comfortably at the height of 5'7 and 145lbs. The past three years my weight has increased our way up to 170 and my hips are paying the price. I found out I have osteoarthritis and bone degeneration. Time for me to lose the weight. I could use the encouragement as a mother from everybody.. we got this girls! I'm here to support you as I go through this journey today I started its my first day.0

This is my first day as well. Thanks for the support. Us girls have to stick together. I thought after having the baby it would be so much easier than it is to take the weight off. Surprisingly it doesnt just fall off on its own huh?
Good luck with your journey. Hope your hip pain goes away soon!

Back in the old days...there was a fitness expert ahead of his time. He used to say, "how did you put it on? One bite at a time. It's going to come off the same way. Remember 30 seconds on the lips is worth a lifetime on the hips."
Just like no one else can make you happy, no one else can do this for you.
You have to want it. It won't be a good idea until it's your idea.
We all know what to do, it's a matter of doing it.
Get a friend to work out with you. Hold one another accountable for what you eat.
You can do it.0 -
Thanks for the advice! You are absolutly right!0
