Struggling 1 month in

:( After a fantastic start..... hitting a brick wall now. Any tips for over coming the mental battle??

    My only tip is keep going ...don't give up like I did and gain everything back that I lost and then some ....you can do it :)

    Get in the habit of logging everyday. Pretty soon you'll understand where you can make changes.

    make sure you are switching things up. Don't eat the same things daily and don't always do the same exercise!! Keep it interesting!

    You mentioned a 'fantastic start' - how much did you lose? Focus on that success ...the most difficult part of this is the 'getting started' and you've obviously done that very effectively. Come on Michael O'Shea, with a name like that we need to see some Irish grit and determination coming through......! Buy a book (or borrow one from friend/library) about someone you really admire who has gone through a challenge - you'll be motivated to press on.
