Busy with life. I lost my younger sister to cervical cancer a year ago and have been trying to get back. In the meantime I have a friend who is pushing True Vision diet supplements. Anyone have any history with this plan? She has lost about 40 pounds in 5-6 months.

Welcome and sorry to hear about your loss. I've never heard of those supplements, but really nothing is needed to lose weight except a food scale, measuring cups/spoons, MyFitnessPal, healthy foods and the desire to succeed.0

I have been gone longer than that. While my sister was sick and I was with her in hospital for her final 3 months, I lost about 20-25 lbs. did I keep losing after that? No. I don't want someone else to be sick in order for me to lose some weight while I am being a caretaker. I need to somehow motivate myself. It is very hard for me to do since I have several medical issues. But then sometimes I think I use them as an "excuse". I have to stop talking myself in and out of situations with food. I am happy you guys are out there to help me. I am willing to buddy up with whoever wants to take a journey with me.0
