I've just joined MFP again.
Used it a few years back to lose 10 kilos.
Need to do the same again...
Would like a few friends in the UAE for the journey.

    Thanks for reaching out everyone...
    I have sent friend requests to those are not yet friends.

    It is hard to exercise in the summer months here. I have been going for walks with my family every morning before it gets too hot.
    Having the family come as well is a great support to help get out of bed !

    We live in the states now, but recently lived in Abu Dhabi for four years... My friends and I used to walk inside of the malls, before they open for business. All of the entrances are unlocked, and it is a great way to workout without fighting the heat!!

    Wow! I never thought I'd see this post. I'm in Abu Dhabi. I wouldn't mind taking part in an occasional group walk. I'm out of town for a couple of weeks but let me know if you're interested to start sometime after Sept. 17th. I'm down 10 kilos and have 20 more to go. We can do it, THIS TIME.
