Hey y'all...I started Monday 2/23/15 on this journey. I have 100+ to lose and have lost 5 so far. I have been using MFP for logging everything. I know I am not alone on this journey and would like to add some friends who want to go on this journey with me with no judging! We all got here on our own, let us support each other and give encouragement! Good luck with your lifestyle!
