Looking for more friends! 180-170lb

Hey lovelies!

I started my journey a few months back now and am looking for more motivational friends.
My journey started at around 195lb, I am now somewhere in the region of 175lb (Next weigh in will be the following Sunday)

I am 5ft4 and a female. My first main goal is to get to 140lb, Looking for people with similar goals.

    Hi! I'm 5'1'' and I started at 198 lbs. I'm now at 153 and my goal is 135. I log everyday and I log everything!! I also message friends who don't show up in a while. Feel free to add me :)

    I also started at 195 lbs but now at 180lbs. I'm a little taller at 5'7 but I hope to get to 150lbs :) Also feel free to add!

    Hi Ladies, I'm 201 and 5'1". I'd love to go down to 140-150. Please feel free to add. All you ladies who are down already, any tips that could help me. Today is my first day I a long while and I feel like I need to re-train my brain to think healthy. I know what I need to do but love any advice

    Hi there! I am a 31 year old mother of three. I am 5'10" and am currently sitting at 136.5lbs...which is actually 9lbs underweight! In 2013 I was at my heaviest of 170 and started my weight loss journey but I didn't have the support system I needed to stay on it...I yo-yo'd between 155-165 until February of 2015 when I decided no more! I joined the gym and really started focussing on what I was putting in my body. I also found a non-profit group "No Excuse Moms" in my area and they are the reason I've reached my goal. I quit going to the gym because I workout with this group 3-5 times a week. Good luck on your journey!!!

    Hello! I'm 5'5. My heaviest was 210 and I started my journey in August at 205. I am now at 187 and trying to get to 165 as my first goal and my goal in the end is to get to around 145ish and stay there.
