Onion Baked Turkey

Fried food has been something I've had a difficult time staying away from. I love chicken strips/nuggets anything like that. However, I have found a recipe that is great and gets rid of that urge without the calories.
1 pkg Turkey Breast Cutlets (its 120 cal for a serving 4oz, usually 4.5servings in a pkg = about 6 slices of turkey per pkg)
French's fried onions, crumbled (40 cal per serving of about 1.5 tbs)
1 egg
dip each slice of turkey in egg
coat in onions
bake at 350 for approx 20 mins.
ENJOY
Onions can be coated as thick or thin as you want.
Also good as toppers - country gravy or cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic - (if you have the calories to spare)
