    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? YES - too many carbs at breakfast
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? YES
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? walked during my son's swim practice and did stairs at work
    What would I have done differently? less carbs
    What is today's personal goals? log my food on MFP, get a walk in (8000 steps), do stairs every time I use the restroom, personal trainer session
    Mood today? better

    Sun -
    Mon- walked to Cub, did stairs once at work, walked for 20 minutes - DONE
    Tues- stairs at least 2 times, walk - DONE
    Wed - walked 10000 steps - DONE
    Thurs - Personal trainer, stairs at least 2 times, 8000 steps
    Fri - step
    Sat - step and body pump

    Istpaul - Lovely picture of yourself. Glad to see you back!
    Carbs are good and bad. Just google what the good carbs are and stick to them.

    I am up at the cottage for a week so I won't be checking in this week but will continue when I get home on Monday. We paid for WI Fi here at the cottage so glad I can come up and check in.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? hmmm
    What would I have done differently? healthier dinner, eaten more earlier so I wasn't starving
    What is today's personal goals? log my food on MFP, get a walk in (8000 steps), do stairs every time I use the restroom
    Mood today? down, stressed

    What would I have done differently? should have walked on the treadmill since it was raining
    What is today's personal goals? log my food on MFP, get a walk in (8000 steps), do stairs every time I use the restroom
    Mood today? a little better but still down

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? went out to eat and made good choices - grilled fish with veggies
    What would I have done differently? nothing
    What is today's personal goals? track food
    Mood today? :)

    Gained some weight this spring\summer. The traveling for work has stopped and I'm getting back on track. Starting with making good food choices then I will add back in some exercise. I walked a lot in Disney a couple of weeks ago (18,000 day) but having a tough time getting to the Y. (This always happens in the summer.) I think I am going to stay away from the elliptical for a while. I haven't had any hip pain since I've stopped using it. When I do exercise it's been walking or swimming.

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? good on steps, and ok on calories but too little early and too much later in the day

    What would I have done differently? eaten more early so I wasn't starving at dinner time

    What is today's personal goals? Signed up for Yoga class

    Yes. A fall check in will be coming soon :smile: It's been a crazy summer. My daughter just went back to school today. It will be nice to get back in a routine!
