Im looking for new ideas for snack foods, so.....whats your favorite low cal snack?

    greek yogurt with honey and cinnamon!
    So yummy,and loaded with filling protein.
    Also in light of summer finally being here, watermelon!!

    Wasa Crackers with Laughing Cow cheese
    Low fat string cheese
    non-fat greek yogurt (plain) with berries and a drizzle of honey
    edy's natural snack size popsicles
    carrots with almond butter or natural peanut butter

    Hummus, looking for something low fat to eat it with, currently eating with Mission Tortillas chips or low fat crackers. I esp love the Tribe roasted red pepper flavor!

    3 oz Baby carrots and 1tbsp spicy humus only 70 cals -- loving it right now!

    Also nuts and berries have replaced all processed snacks for me.

    A great snack is weight watcher swiss cheese wedge and the Special K wheat snack crackers. VERY Satisfying.:laugh:

    Berries, bananas, small fuji apples, cold grapes, Cuties (little mandarin oranges)
    Trader Joe's rice cakes (2 of them) with a laughing cow wedge
    cauliflower and hummus
    A green salad

    Chewing minty gum also helps me get my mind off food, especially after lunch.

    Jack Link's Jerky...Beef, Chicken, Pork -- they are all awesome! Unfortunately, they are pricey and a little high in sodium but a banging amount of protein and really curbs my cravings
