For me, fruit. Most fruit tastes amazing to me, and it needs no preparation.0

Moe's Guacamole comes in single, 100 calorie, serving sizes which I like VERY much. I usually eat it spread on a WASA flatbread or Rycrisp.0

My current go to morning snack is pumpkin seeds with the hull. I snack on them over about an hours time in the mornings. Not only do I like them but they satisfy my need to chew.0
-
Frozen grapes for sure, especially on a hot day0

Whatever fits your calories. If most of my food is nutrient dense, I think I can reserve a few discretionary calories for eating whatever appeals to me. Sometimes that is chips; other times it's ice cream.0

Ohh spicy sweet corn is awesome. Just boil up some sweet corn with salt, paprika and lemon! Adjust to taste! Completely fat free0

If you focus most of your calories into your meals you will only need light snacks. After that if i were to get caught short, i'd have a sandwich on whole grain bread. Egg is good. Egg and lettuce is better.0

hard boiled eggs
carrots and hummus
apple and natural peanut butter
popcorn
almonds
greek yogurt0 -
Some of the nuts you like (Either peanut, or almonds etc...)
Carrots with hummus
For me a fresh fruit always does the job! An apple, a pear .. (However careful on your sugar intake)
Healthy pancakes (I have a recipe of one with ONLY THREE INGREDIENTS! If you want the recipe mssg me)
Good luck

Sweeter Death, what's the recipe for your 3 ingredient pancakes? I'd love to try them!
Thanks,

I really enjoy raw bell pepper slices! Great by themselves, dipped in hummus, or in a salad for that nice crunch! I buy all different colors since they all have slightly different flavors so I never get sick of how they taste!0

i have nuts.com's raspberry detox superfood cereal with 1/4cp of 2% milk for a snack and it is amazing, if you like sweets (naturally sweet).. it's 200 calories with the milk, has 5g of fiber & 6g of protein but, also has 8g of fat.. i like it best with a little milk but, you can eat it without milk if you prefer a crunchy snack.
my favorite healthy based snack however are nuts.com's organic peanut chocolate chip energy squares!! so goooood.
EDIT: oops just notice this was in the "recipes" section.
apple gala slices with 1tbsp whipped peanut butter
strawberries with whipped cream
when calories permit:
i cover a medium banana in melted dark chocolate, wait about 30 seconds and dab it unto some hemp hearts. makes for a really yummy snack.

Peach slices wrapped with lean ham and swiss cheese--totally yummy!!0

Celery with green olives. Because celery takes more energy to process than what it holds, this snack is very low in calories (just be weary of the salt, but a couple olives should be fine!)0

There's probably more but it's never been easier to eat healthy!

1.5 cups steel oats and old banana. Mix them together, add some chocolate chips if your craving the sweetness. Roll them into a ball. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Healthy 'cookies'. So good!0

1lb grapes
1 pkg sugar free jello
Place grapes in colander and rinse. Drain excess water. Place grapes in gallon zip bag. Add jello powder and shake. Refrigerate for at least one hour. It's really yummy and low in calories.0 -
I'm a fan of snacks with intense flavors, it makes me feel like I'm getting more!
My staples are:
*spicy pickles ( I just buy a jar and add red pepper flakes, fresh jalapeños, or Asian chili paste. Just whatever I have on hand)
*cucumber slices marinated in sriracha or in lemon and fiesta lime Mrs dash.
*granny smith apple with adams peanut butter
*frozen blackberries
*homemade Popsicles made with only fresh fruit and veggies (no added sugar)
*smoothie made with vanilla almond milk, a banana and ice.
