First day...looking to lose ~15lbs

I don't have a lot of weight to lose, but I really would like to improve my diet and increase my fitness. If you have similar goals, please feel free to add me...I plan on being pretty active here!

Hi, I have similar goals. I need to lose 25 lbs. I had lose the easier first 15 lbs in last 3 months. I am facing the challenging of losing the last 10 lbs. Please accept my request if you like.0
