HELP! i have a jillian michaels dvd called banish fat boot metabolism but i odnt know how many calories i burn doing it.I cant do the whole thing yet but i still want to be able to put in my exercise journal that i did something.what would you guys do?BTW anyone want good support im a good supporter,add me as a friend :)

    Did you try google Thats where I looked up about the 30 day shred I'm doing by julliam michaels.

    I'm doing the Shred (erratically but I'm doing it) and I actually really like it. She KILLS me but when it's over I feel like I've accomplished something. It works. I've not heard of the one you're doing though. A friend of mine and I are going to try her Ripped in 30 after I finish the Shred.

    I agree. I have never heard of the dvd you are doing but during the 30ds I can hit close to 400 calories in 24 mins. Good Luck

    I'm only on day 2 of the shred but i love it.
