Hello , ok I have made a huge change in my diet for the last 6 months and I am down over 40 lbs I normally allow myself 1 cheat day a week and get right back on track but summer has made it very difficult with my schedule being different, parties, barbecues, vacations..and this week I went on a complete sugar binge I ate candy( even the kind that I don't like lol)chocolate , cake ect..and not in small quantities I am up 5 lbs in one week and feel completely disappointed in myself and defeated mentally I don't know where or how to get back on track ad I feel weak (mentally )like I can continue to eat more junk now that my body has had it and physically I am left bloated and nauseous. .appreciate and tips on detoxing this week or any motivational tips you all can share thank you

I sympathize. Just take it one day at a time. At least you know the damage you've done, and why. Now all you need to do it hop back on that horse and ride it. No weight loss journey is linear, there will be times you gain, and times you lose. Don't give up! You've dropped 40 pounds already!

Thank you I guess since I was so dedicated to my eating habits throughout the day and that this is my first big gain ( I literally went on a sugar binge )it feels like I'm starting from scratch yet my body now is craving more junk even as sick as I was eating it thank you for the encouraging words:)

I lost about 20lbs using this after I had my baby girl, then a couple of months in binged for a few weeks, I've spent 2 weeks trying to undo the damage. I feel so upset that I allowed myself to sabotage my own progress, but I got right back on the horse and I'm determined. Good luck, feel free to add me, I find other people's journeys keep me motivated :)
