Today scared me, but when I think about it there's a pattern here.

This morning I woke up with a little headache which started to get worse as I got ready for the day. So I did what I usually do when this happens, I drank 3 cups of water and when that didn't help, I got a double nonfat latte rather than my usual single nonfat latte. Took the kids to school and went to the gym. (I start work at noon today). I got on the treadmill and walked uphill for 60 minutes. Thats not unusual for me. Near the end of the workout, the machine tells me my heartrate was too high. I wouldn't have even known it if the machine hadn't told me. When I got off I almost passed out. I tripped over the treadmill and stumbled to the gym entrance. Thank goodness for the wonderful staff at my gym who got me food and made sure I was ok. What really concerns me is that I had no idea this was coming.

I tweaked my back a couple of weeks ago because I did too many reps of a lightweight exercise.
My back felt fine on rep 12 and very painful on rep 13, I had a friend right there who said my body alignment was good.

I frequently come to the end of my day and MFP says that I need to eat more calories, or sometimes I went over and I'm surprised either way.

Does anyone else have experience with this? What did you do?

I would definitely make an appointment with the Dr. and have your blood checked, could be a result of low iron, vitamin b, sugar, etc.

I had an episode very much like what you describe a few years ago. At the time, I was a Curves fitness instructor and was working out. I felt strange all of a sudden and my heartrate was up way higher than normal, I broke out in a cold sweat and felt like I was going to pass out. I went to the doctor and it was low blood sugar. I'm not a diabetic yet anyway but that could possibly be something to check into. Low blood sugar will make you feel like you are going to pass out and if you eat or drink something, you normally feel better. I would go to the doctor though, just to check things out:) Best of luck to you!!

Maybe try doing some meditation where you 'check in' with your body and really become aware of how it's feeling. Just a couple of minutes of sitting quietly several times a day might help get you more in tune with your body.

Also, you might want to get your blood sugar checked out - maybe that's messing with you?

    Good luck sweetie!

Thank you all. I had fasting labs done about 3 months ago and everything was fine, but I think I'll bug my doctor and see what he thinks of all this. And the meditation idea is a good one I'll try that, Thanks again:happy:
