JM 90 Day Body Revolution

I just wanted to hear about some other people's experiences with this program. Yesterday I started Week 3 on this. I'm actually extending Phase 1 out another week because I'm way out of shape and still have some stamina and balance to build up. My clothes are a tad bit looser and my husband swears I've slimmed down a bit, but I can't help feeling discouraged because I've only lost 3 pounds. I know that I'm building a lot of muscle, and I keep trying to remind myself of that. I also keep my calories under 1500 about six days of the week, although I'm not following JM's meal plan. Can I just get some feedback from people who have done this program? I need some positive feedback ASAP. Every day right now is a struggle to keep going.

    Struggle through it, and try to progress even if you feel you are not quite ready to (unless there is pain of course). Part of getting through the 90 days is that the workouts are done in 2 weeks! If the cardio is too boring feel free to run instead. I had great success with it and have done it like 3 times over a couple of years. I love it! But part of what I love is how strong it makes you. I did lose a lot of weight and inches but I have heard frustrations from others about not losing weight on the scale, though almost everyone loses inches on their waist and has increased energy. Wish so bad I could do it now but I have an injury preventing me. Keep at it! There is also a board here if you search for it.
