I go to Planet Fitness and I love to do pullups and lift weight and run... where do you go and whats your favorite workout/training?

    Spiceball gym in banbury , oxford :) and i love doing lots of cardio on crosstrainer and bikes as my goal is to loose weight :)

    I have a home gym set up in my old detached garage. I do have a basic machine and elliptical that I hardly use, I sick to barbell and dumbell moves. I guess my favorites are squat and deadlift, although I'm starting to really look forward to bench press too. gym selfie is my profile pic
