Balancing my Fats, Carbs, and Protein

i seem to be low on my calorie intake everyday. However I learned today that my % on nutrition chart is out of whack. What do you suggest?

    Hi if you are trying to lose weight I would suggest 45% protein, 30% carbs and 25% fats that way you will maintain muscle whilst losing

    Thanks for this info. Is it considered LCHF? I'm a diabetic limiting carbs to 45 per meal.
