Why did ice cream make me fat?!

I've been yo-yo-ing my weight about 50lbs up and down pretty much all my life. Time to bring it back down again. Eating healthy is the only thing you need to do really but exercise does help and will make you overall healthier aswell. But for just weight loss... Just stop eating unhealthy food everyday! Once a week go get you a burger and milkshake and pie. One bad meal wont ruin your weeks worth of gains. Add fitness and youll barley notice it. Enjoy your life, don't make it complicated, and eat healthy.

Thanks for the advice Non_Stop I'll try that!!0 -
Are you advising or asking for advice. You would do well to read the stickies and get a better appreciation how weight loss works, ist all about the deficit.0

I lost 70 while not having cheat meals (aside from holidays). Nothing wrong with having hamburgers and milkshakes and pies, but you may have to start making them at home or choosing one treat when you go out.0

I have ice cream at least 3-4 times a week. The difference now is I weigh out my portion and eat only that, not half the pint in one sitting as I used to. Fit "unhealthy" foods into your day as your calories and macros/micros allow you to.0

@999tigger whats the "stickies"? I'm here to learn more about how weight loss works thanks for the help.
Great work @barbecuesauce !!! That's awesome sauce!!
@malibu927 wow great will power!! I got lazy and would just eat a gallon every 3-4 days. I just didn't care anymore.
The running theme I'm hearing from people is this micro macro thing I'm happy for the feed back from everyone thank you so much! If i had known people were actually gonna respond i would have written my intro differently. It does show my honest feeling on how i thought it all worked. I'm glad for any info anyone wants to share it's nice to know people care0 -
