HI all, new girl here.
Have been practising yoga for 3-4 weeks now, and have been walking 5miles+ at least once a week. I'm not really trying to lose weight, just get fitter and tone up, and get rid of the belly fat which has been haunting me for the last year
Anyone else do yoga?
