Oatmeal cookies w/ bananas? Can I let them sit out overnight? Days?

I am going to make my own simple oatmeal cookie recipe.
Bananas and oatmeal.
Will this stay in my purse for a couple of days?

Also, what if I add egg whites. Do I have to keep the cookies refrigerated after baking them?

    I make an oatmeal/banana/protein cookie to just have for a pick me up and left them out on the counter in an air tight container for a couple days and they got moldy on day 3 so I always keep them in the fridge now. As far as adding egg whites..I'm not too sure.

    Keep them in the fridge - they'll last for a few days, or freeze and thaw for a little bit before eating.
