Calorie intake

hi everybody! Do you guys eat just the amount set for your goal or some of your exercise too? Coming from ww I was used to eat some of the point acquired through work out now not sure if should or not?! Thank you!

The way MFP is set up, you eat back some (or all, if you can ensure 100% accuracy) of your exercise calories0

You're supposed to eat those extra exercise calories. Try doing that. If you do to lose for two or three weeks, try eating 75% or half of them. Many people settle in with half of them and like their progress that way.
Me, I eat extra when I'm hungry. If in not, I don't. Both the doc and dietitian agreed that it's fine for me to go that way.0 -
