How can you control breathing while having a cold! I don't want to miss a workout but this cold has me down!! Any suggestions?

I'm not sure what you mean by control your breathing. My issue with a cold is usually a stuffy nose, which I find cardio helps clear up, at least until I'm done running.
Or that my chest is full and I have a hard time breathing. In that case, I play it by ear. I may run but if I can't really breathe well, I'll opt for something lower intensity.
For weight training, neither seemed to be an issue other than not feeling like working out because Ididn't feel well.0 -
I feel as if I breathe much heavier. I figured if I can sweat maybe I'll sweat it out.
