Does anyone have a healthier recipe for broccoli salad? The kind with the bacon, raisins, and sunflower seeds? Whenever I've had this at souplantation or claim jumpers salad bar its sooooooo good, but I know it's very calorie dense for the serving size, and for the portion I eat lol. Does anyone have a recipe I can make at home that is a more macro friendly style, yet still delicious!?(: thanks!

Using yogurt and stevia for the dressing would cut the calories significantly.

I wouldn't worry much about broccoli salad. The mayonnaise gets watered down and stays in the bowl and not on your food. Have you entered it and found the fat excessive?

1 medium head of broccoli, chopped into small pieces
    1/4 cup red onion, diced
    1/4 cup sunflower kernels
1/4 cup raisins, or 1 (1 oz) box
    1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
    1 TBL sugar
    1 1/2 TBL white vinegar
3-4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

I only use broccoli, red onion and bacon in mine. I use regular mayo, vinegar and splenda for the dressing.
