Yummy Veggie Pita

One of my favorite ways to get fresh raw veggies is this recipe
1 pita or wrap
broccoli
cauliflower
onion
bell pepper
lettuce
tomato
light mayo and must (or a lowfat dressing or hummus)
slice of cheese (sometimes I don't need the cheese)
Avocado (if you like it)
I call it a salad wrap or pita
You can always add tuna too
