i subscribe to graze its like a biweekly delivery of healthy low processed snacks.

if i don't eat those i just do any veggie, cucumber, carrot, cherry tomato, broccoli by itself or with a low cal dip or dressing.

    A few goodies for you:

    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    2 tbs sugar free jam
    1 tbs sunflower seeds
    *Mix all together and enjoy!

3 slices turkey breast lunch meat
    1/2 avocado (sliced)
    1/2 red/yellow/orange bell pepper (sliced)
*Wrap 1 slice avocado & 1 slice pepper in lunch meat

    3/4 cup edamame
    2 tbs sesame seeds
    2 tbs teriyaki sauce
*Cook edamame and remove from pod, mix in remaining ingredients

2 multigrain rice cakes (I prefer unsalted)
    1/4 cup greek yogurt
    2 tbs chopped cucumber
    1 medium red/yellow/orange bell pepper
*Mix yogurt and cucumber, place on top of rice cakes and garnish with bell pepper slices

    10 unsalted almonds
    1/2 banana
    1 hard boiled egg
    *No specific directions here

1 piece of whole wheat toast
    1/2 mashed avocado
    2 tbs Parmesan cheese
*Put mashed avocado on toast and garnish with parm cheese :)

    Hope that helps!

    Fruit
    Granola
    Roasted (and cooled) edamame
    Cottage cheese
    Small salad
    Hard-boiled egg
Rice cake (not really healthy, but not really unhealthy and is crunchy)

    ...but mostly fruit. :)

I have been eating (well drinking i suppose) loads of smoothies as snacks, as well as for breakfast. If you use veg like cucumber and spinach as a base and then add a little fruit for a flavour boost they are really low in calories and I find they make me feel quite full.
