If anybody likes figuring these things out, I could use help with my diary.
I stock produce for work - the lightest cases are about 27 lb and the heaviest are 70 lb. Every day I lift (ballpark) 10k lb including lifting boxes off the palette, carrying to the shelf and stocking them, moving boxes between palettes, carts and storage.
I also spend about 40-60 minutes a day putting 1-2k lb of overstock produce on the walk in cooler shelves, and empty about 300 lb of compost into a dumpster. Also Im walking or standing all day when Im on the clock.

Roughly how many calories would this burn in an 8 hour work day?
help is MUCH appreciated! x

I don't know but that is considered part of your daily activity level. You're probably lightly active or very active if you have hobbies outside of work that have you moving a lot.

This would be part of your activity level, therefore is already accounted for.

I stock groceries full time in a supermarket. I set my activity level to active and lost weight perfectly. Once I hit maintenance, I actually had to increase my activity to Very Active in order to stop losing weight. I'd try setting your activity level to active, wait 3-4 weeks and see how much you've lost. That will give you a better idea.

    Bingo
