Good evening. I am new here, and am hoping to have a better experience in overall health by tracking my food and holding myself accountable. The first step today was getting on the scale. The second step was attending cardio kickboxing. And the third step was joining MFP! I hope I can find the support and motivation I will need to help achieve success!!!
