I mean...This should be a straight forward but I really don't know. How do I count my calories lost at gym. I see some of my friends wearing a type of watch. A calorie counting watch. Is it accurate. Just wanna know what else can I do to count my calories lost

It's a heart rate monitor, which is either just a watch/fitness band or comes with a chest strap. For steady state cardio it's more accurate than machines will say (though you should still be mindful of the readings), but it won't be good for interval workouts/lifting/resistance training.

It could be an activity tracker, rather than HRM. Something like a fitbit, or jawbone. They could step based activity.

    FT7 for me :)
    HRM + waterproof

Love it and seems to be pretty accurate...used it over 9 months now and is almost spot on with my weight loss.

They're all just guesstimations really. An activity tracker and a heart rate monitor will help be close, but you will see most, only eat a portion of those calories back, to accommodate miscalculations.

I use a fitbit Charge HR and I've found that the TDEE it gives me is pretty accurate. It's not perfect but I find it really helpful!
