I have a mocha shake I make that's pretty good. Chilled coffee, about a half a banana, greek yogurt, baking chocolate and a scoop of whatever protein i'm using. Chocolate tastes best but works with vanilla.

Definitely get a flavoured one, plain is great for cooking or smoothies but is otherwise pretty ick (imo)

There are about 1000 different brands of protein powder out there. Best bet - try a different one

Definitely get vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry. Vanilla with strawberries and banana is really good. I don't know anyone who buys plain, it's just disgusting.

If you don't like the flavor of protein powders, switch to gelatin. Seriously. Great lakes brand. And add a sweetener of your choice. Gelatin is the original "protein powder."

I think hubby's secret is the frozen banana. It adds sweetness, texture, and lovely frozen chunks.

Plain is great with whole milk and chocolate syrup. Use a shaker or blender to get it really smooth.

If you have a supplement store near you, usually they have sample packs of different protein. I'd recommend trying out a sample pack before you pay for another tub of protein. I think bodybuilding.com sells them as well.

add frozen berries, a tiny bit of some kind of milk, blend and beat until it goes all fluffy. Google protein fluff, it's the best :)
