My name is Carmen and this is definitely not my first try to lose weight but I believe this time I will be successful! I am in a happy place in my life, relationship and school which I know will keep me motivated. My biggest problem is eating in the evening! I will be healthy all day and then the sun goes down and I am eating dinner and 2 snacks. If anyone a has any good tips let me know! I weight 223 and I am trying to get down to 170. I am 5ft 11 so this is a healthy fit weight for me. Thanks for any input!
