I love the diversity on this app and most people I've friended happen to be overseas.

I'm just curious to know if anyone from the UK knows of any groups? When looking through the tips about diet etc quite often it's cuisines you don't get over here so it's not great for me (just makes me hungry when people explain!)

Any help would be great :)

    Hi I'm Val from Manchester ( uk) just done a 12 month new journey. Sick to the back teeth of diet clubs and eating rubbish
    I'm a very young 55 and just lost 4 stone 9 pound in 12 months . Doing MFP and getting a PT. Amazing body transformation. I swear no shakes it pills just did " clean foods " wrote a blog

    I'm not qualified in anything gym related or diet related but I'd live to help anyone who wants a helping hand . I love anything to do with weights. I didn't sit on a treadmill for hours, in fact the total opposite
