Newbie here!

Hi. My name is Kathy. I am joining MFP because my doctor wants me to get serious about losing weight. I am very much into eating right and exercising to lose weight, rather than trying anything gimmicky, so here I am. I have about 90 pounds to lose, so this will be quite a feat for me. I will be working on taking it one day at a time, because it seems a bit overwhelming otherwise.

    One day at a time is a good way to go about it, small goals are much more achievable. I've been on MFP for awhile and it is a really good tool. But you have to use it and be consistent! Good luck Kathy.
