self-sabotage!

Every time I nearly get to my goal weight I seem to autimatically self-sabotage gaining 3-4 kilos and feeling like I will never get to my goal. Am feeling very despondent and down and it's affecting my being with other people. Please help x

Seriously, though, it does get tougher as you get closer. Try increasing your calories. You'll lose weight more slowly, but the extra intake might help you stay on target.0 -
I thought of that but I actually gained! If I add 100 cals a day by the end of a week I gained half chilo!

That's physically impossible. You're talking about an increase of 700 total calories over a week. Even if you were already at maintenance and those entire 100 calories were surplus, that would still only net you about a .1 kilos of gained fat. You'd have to have a surplus of 3500 calories to gain a pound (2.2kilos) and you're nowhere near that.
Would you mind opening your food diary? You might be logging inaccurately.0 -
