Refeed Day anyone?

Im a new soon to be competitor and my coach told me tomorrow can be my refeed day with 300 grams of carbs! Oh my gosh, I don't even know what to do. Any suggestions for high carb/low fat ideas on days like that?

Pasta with marinara
Rice with teriyaki chicken
if you find you just can't eat enough, go to a Russian store and pick up some Kvas. It's basically liquid rye bread. I drink it if I need carb calories and can't face eating any more food. Also it's delicious.0 -

Potatoes

Pancakes
