Refeed Day anyone?

Im a new soon to be competitor and my coach told me tomorrow can be my refeed day with 300 grams of carbs! Oh my gosh, I don't even know what to do. Any suggestions for high carb/low fat ideas on days like that?

    Pasta with marinara

    Rice with teriyaki chicken

    if you find you just can't eat enough, go to a Russian store and pick up some Kvas. It's basically liquid rye bread. I drink it if I need carb calories and can't face eating any more food. Also it's delicious.

    Sometimes these MFP discussions give you peeks into worlds that you didn't know were there. Mind you, you don't want to visit, but it's cool to peek in the window.
