Getting Back At It

Hello! Fitness has been a big part of my life for quite sometime. From Jillian Michael's DVDs and running to Insanity and the gym, I had always tagged along on my mom's weight loss journey. Last summer, we went on a week's vacation to Chicago and I gave up on my healthy eating and workout regimen. The problem was, I let that vacation from a healthy lifestyle last an entire year. I currently weigh 162.8lbs which is by far my highest weight. Last summer, I was at 125lbs. I want my favorite jeans to fit again. I want to run miles without stopping again. I want to look on the outside how I feel on the inside (strong, bold, and fierce). I'm determined to get down to my old weight, and I'd love for you to join me on my journey and vice versa! Hopefully we can all motivate each other!

Whoops! I almost forgot to introduce myself... I'm Laurel and entering my senior year of high school.
