Not sure if you're on the phone app or your computer, but I believe it is telling you that of the calories you've eaten so far today, 30% of them have been from fat. Overall, your goal is for 30% of you total daily calories to be from fat, so you are right on track.

It might help to think of it this way: Think of your protein goal as a minimum. Think of fat/carb goals as approximates. Give yourself some leeway. Such as if your goal id 33 grams fat (seems a little low) allow some wiggle room such as 30-40.

If you're on 1300* calories a day, the breakdowns you mention would be:

    40% carbs = 520 calories or ~130 grams
    30% fat = 390 calories or ~43 grams
    30% protein = 390 calories or ~97 grams

*assuming the minimum goal of 1200 + a little more for exercise.

Is your calorie goal less than 1200? If so, I would suggest increasing right away. I ask this as 1200 is the minimum MFP recommends and 30% of those cals would give you 40 grams of fat, not 33.

As stated above you get 33 grams of fat if you are eating 990 calories. If you are indeed doing this it will be a short term bandaid on a long term problem. Increase to 1200 calories immediately.
