Hey there! I have been on MFP for a about two months now... I am just now getting around to introducing myself because at first I joined just to keep track of my food and exercise and was very concentrated on just that! However, I feel like it is finally time to make friends =)

Here's my story: I have only lost 10lbs total in 3 months...I believe I could have lost more weight by now, but UNFORTUNATELY when I first started out I was doing it all the WRONG way!!!!! I was getting very very very frustrated...but then it finally clicked and I saw my Dr. and she explained exactly what I needed to do. Turns out that the first two months of working out I was starving myself, eating only around 800calories a day and working out and burning about 400 a day, every day! My body was in major starvation mode =/ I did lose 5lbs in those two months...Not that great, I know!

Needles to say, I am ashamed I did that to my body! However, I now have all the tools I need =) After figuring it all out, I have managed to lose another 5lbs in the past couple weeks! I am very excited about that =)
