Request: women who lift heavy progress and routine examples

im going to start weight training and I was wondering if anyone could send me some pictures of your progress for some motivation. Particularly women with small body frames since that's my body type and let me know your routines. Thanx

you should join the Stronglifts 5x5 for women group on here. There are threads for progress photos and checking form. (incidentally that's a great program to start with)0
