Hi, I am 18 years old and gave struggled with my weight for 10 years. I am now going to do something about it. I am 5ft 2" and my current weight is 238lbs amd my goal weight is 140lbs. I like exercising buy I often struggle with nutrition as eating bad food is my biggest downfall. I am looking for weight loss tips amd friends to help motivate me. I appreciate any help

    Me too try to loose a lot of weight. Try the gm diet plan for 7 days and stick close to the menu plan you can lost up to 8 kg
