hello all!!
Where has my will power gone?? I'm on day 2 and I'm seriously struggling. I have a black tie wedding in 6 weeks!!!! Aaaaarghhhh.

    How aggressive is your weekly weight loss goal? Maybe too aggressive. You only have 6 pounds to lose.

    Just 1lb a week - I want to lose more but I'm trying to be realistic? Small steps...

    you could set reminders on the app to tell you that you need to log breakfast, lunch etc this helped me because it reminded me I was on a diet! good luck x

    The thing that works for me is trying on a dress every morning that I'm desperate to wear again! It depresses me enough knowing it doesn't fit that it helps me watch what I eat during the day! Keep going ul get there!
