3C oats, honey, almond butter , almonds and dried cranberries .
Combine almond butter and honey in sauce pan. Heat medium stirring. Once it's liquid form and nice and hot. Pour over a bowl filled oats cranberries and almond shavings. Mix content and place mixture in pan 350 degrees for 15 min or until golden. Let it seat to cool0 -
I had heard about granola before, but had never tried it. I read through some recipes and thought it sounded like muesli clusters which I like very much. I had a crack at making some yesterday.
3c oats (quick because I didn't have traditional)
2c nuts (macadamias n pecans chopped)
1c dates (chopped)
1/3c maple syrup
1/3c brown sugar
3T coconut oil
1t cinnamon
I thought it came out pretty good and I now know what the fuss is all about. Granola is gooood
