So today I moved back into my apartment (college student) and while I was moving stuff in one of my roommates showed up. The look of disbelief on his face when he saw me was amazing. The last time he saw me I was 191 lbs and a size 14. Today I am 152 and a size 10.

He stood there in shock and then spent five minutes telling me how good I looked. I obviously know I lost weight and I didn't do this for any reason other than myself, but I have to admit it felt good.

It is amazing how good it made me feel to have someone see my transformation that hasn't seen me in 3 months. Just thought I'd share.
