what does it mean goal 1200? is this the calories i should consume or something else?

the green # on top of the "1200 goal", what does that mean?

    No. Your goal is your food intake goal. You should eat 1200. If you add in exercise, it will add calories to your goal so you aim for that number.
    For example you are supposed to eat 1200 calories everyday. If you exercise and burn 200, your goal will now be 1400. You are supposed to eat that.

    pls allow me to trouble you once more: if I don't consume today's calories, does this mean I have allowance calories for next day? in another word, does the consumption of calories (the amount allowable) accumulate or it is day to day and can't be saved ? thanks thanks and thanks again!!!!!!!!!

    No, it doesn't accumulate automatically. Some people do choose to use their extra calories on another day though.
    On days when I do a long bike ride or run, I often spread my extra calories over the day before and day after.

    Day to day, no saving. Also it yells at you if you eat under 1200 calories (certain public health reports suggest that <1200 calorie diets be supervised by a medical professional. OTOH there are plenty of intermittent fasters who swear by it so ymmv)
